Hi, thank you for posting,
to respond to your questions :

1 : Yes you can make commercial games
2 : It's not necessary to include the source code with the game (Maratis engine is Zlib/libpng)
3 : There is actually no web player of Maratis

Maratis looks fantastic, I have some questions,

1. I can make comercial games?

2. Is necesary include de source code (of the game) with the game?

3. Is posible publish online games with Maratis?
