all this dll are supposed to be there, are you sure the zip has been unzipped properly ?
If you cannot see all the dll, try downloading Maratis again (maybe the download was not complete)

I've downloaded and unzipped Maratis-3.02b-win32, then trying to launch Maratis.exe or MaratisPlayer.exe got Windows error: "The program can't start because was not properly configured"

MEngine.dll
OpenAL32.dll
wrap_oal.dll
