I've found that it requires MSVCP80.DLL, MSVCR80.DLL

Just tried to download again, completed as well as previous time, still same error remains
Does it need installation?

Hi,
all this dll are supposed to be there, are you sure the zip has been unzipped properly ?
If you cannot see all the dll, try downloading Maratis again (maybe the download was not complete)

Hello! I've downloaded and unzipped Maratis-3.02b-win32, then trying to launch Maratis.exe or MaratisPlayer.exe got Windows error: "The program can't start because was not properly configured"
I propose that some DLL missed, there is:
DevIL.dll
ILU.dll
libsndfile-1.dll
MCore.dll
MEngine.dll
OpenAL32.dll
wrap_oal.dll
