I remember this as a bug where I would try to deactivate them in the editor, and the editor would crash. However I thought I put in some temporary script to stop that, perhaps not. A day/night cycle!<br /><span class="postimg"><img src="https://dl.dropbox.com/s/2hoifx5juuc0h4d/daynightcycle.png?dl=1" alt="daynight" /></span><br />Using translate, the light moves across the scene and when it passes a certain point it returns back to the start for a nice sunrise.<br />And naturally the car needed headlights to fit the darkness at night. (The screenshot is not actually at night)<br /><span class="postimg"><img src="https://dl.dropbox.com/s/lkwir466pabjktj/headlights.png?dl=1" alt="headlights" /></span><br />I also added two more cameras, one on a wheel and another &#039;inside&#039; the car.<br /><span class="postimg"><img src="https://dl.dropbox.com/s/aahj87kigm8m18o/wheelcam.png?dl=1" alt="wheelcam" /></span><br /><span class="postimg"><img src="https://dl.dropbox.com/s/siu9h0frfzmhm41/carcam.png?dl=1" alt="carcam" /></span><br />Also, I think I have found how to fix the &#039;invisible walls&#039; problem. Changing the wheels to a sphere shape seems to make the car a lot more stable.</p>]]></description>

			<description><![CDATA[<p>That&#039;s cool. I had a lot of fun when I was writing the driving mechanics for a game we did at work. It&#039;s nice having things like this with pure numbers you can put in (torque, grip, stearing etc) and can get something actually different out of it. </p><p>Never did 3D vehicle collision though, so no flips for me.</p><p>Looks amazingly fun to play with <img src="http://forum.maratis3d.com/img/smilies/smile.png" width="15" height="15" alt="smile" /> Keep up the great work <img src="http://forum.maratis3d.com/img/smilies/smile.png" width="15" height="15" alt="smile" /></p>]]></description>

			<description><![CDATA[<p>I have just added an impact sound for when the car collides with the ground and flips which I have to tweak a bit to try and make it play less often. Also I have to try and figure out what causes the car to look like it runs into invisible walls sometimes, it might be something to do with the weight and friction of the car. I&#039;m always trying to find new interesting ways of putting in physics, like I have added the destructible bus stop and restaurant.</p>]]></description>
