Hi,
you can start by reading this, you'll find the basic menu shortcuts and manipulation,
only thing that you might need if you don't have is a mouse with a middle button/wheel :

How can you Rotate perspective view

Cant find the button for that,and i do not know how to pan and rotate the view yet.
The only thing i could change in view until no, was the zoom in and out with the mouse scroll wheel.
Anyone that can give a clue is welcome.
