Hi,

you can follow the official code updates here : https://code.google.com/p/maratis/source/list

But there is also paralell developments, like from the user Dahnielson who is very active right now : https://github.com/dahnielson/Maratis/

It moves by waves, right now I don't have a lot of free time, so I spend most of my energy responding mails and forum questions related to Maratis. But I believe it's quite active for a small open-source project.

It doesnt look like its beeng developed anymore.

Well, Anael can speak for himself, but while there are other users here adding a few things here and there to engine, it's a tiny bit quiet on that front admittedly, though I guess taken as a whole nistur is prob. adding the most with his lua script for editor addon and multiple plugins addon, you can find his maratis fork on github.

TO be fair, Anael has been doing some things, which can be verified by going to the SVN page for maratis, on google code.

That's all I can think of atm.

There are things the engine still doesn't have compared to others, but while competitors, like say ogre3d or such have a massive engine with terrain and lots of enhancements, what they don't really have is a 'editor' with decent docs or 'lua' scritping.

That is where maraits gets its name and what attracted me to it, ymmv.

thx
vd
