Topic: lua libraries

Is it possible to use lua libraries ? I tried luasocket but it does not work.

right now there is only the core,
I'll see if we can add other libs.

It would be great to have other libraries especially luasocket. For now I'm trying to build a C++ plugin.
I did try to add the library to the source code but I got errors compiling the source in OS X 10.7.4 and Xcode 4.4.1.
