Topic: Migrate to git (and GitHub)?

Is there any interest in migrating this project from SVN to git? Hosting this project on GitHub might facilitate contributions and collaboration. I realize not everyone has a preference for git, but I could really see this project flourishing on GitHub. Just a suggestion.

yes it's a good suggestion, I'm just waiting to finish a stable version of the new experimental branch.
