The Windows 32bit version is not working for me unfortunately
MaratisEditor.exe and MaratisPlayer.exe both gives me : error Not a valid win32 application
It runs here. I made a video; https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1DEFJpQ
e=youtu.be
I have intel pc, maybe its not compatible? The step by step, how to build Maratis is very easy, maybe you could try it?
I can build Linux 64bit, i'll post a link soon. I also have OSX 10.9 and Windows 7 x64 if you need me to test or compile.
Alright here is the link http://skyland.loop404.com:8080/maratisdownloads

I don't think it is related to the type of PC, but i'm still on XP here, it might be that ?
As for compiling yes, i tried multiple times already but for some reason i always had an error in the end.
I'm gonna try again, could be nice if i can provide an additional win32 "mirror", just in case
I have win732b, so maybe its from that. What error do you have in the end?
Hi,
I am also getting the same problem like Vegas. "MaratisEditor.exe is not a valid Win32 application".

@Arclord, are you on WinXP too? Can you try to compile?
I can't, sorry. I don't have MSVC, else I would have tried to compile it myself. Yes, I am on XP. I use codeblock, and I have no idea Maratis will compile with codeblock on windows.
Ok, so the method i was using was completely different from anael tutorial, no wonder that didn't worked.
Following his tutorial, it worked on the first try
Here's the win32 version : Maratis r234
By the way, i was planning to move to another OS, but i still haven't decided if i go with Win7 or Linux so, i can't guarantee for how long and for which platform, that's why i can't propose myself as "official" maintainer (at least for now)
@Arclord, Great

I have tried your build Vegas, it is working here. Thanks for uploading it.
Thank you Vegas !
by the way, it is Akira_san's tutorial.
Does anyone with a mac tried the OSX build ?
Does anyone with a mac tried the OSX build ?
Seems to be running fine on 64 bit OSX 10.7.
Thanks for the update, Anael!
I've downloaded the OSX build. And I think I found a bug, but I'm not sure. Before I'm posting a bug report on the bug tracker, I would like to make sure if it really is a bug.
I created a simple level with a plane as a floor, and a cube on top of the floor. I enabled the physics for both objects and there is no script at all for the scene.
If I set the collision shape to Box, the cube sliding endlessly on the floor. And if I change the collision shape to Convex-hull for both objects, the cube sliding and spinning faster and faster.
This doesn't happen in the previous build (Maratis 3.21).
In the previous build, the box just dropped and stopped which means that the physics works correctly. I tested it on 64 bit Mac OSX 10.7
Is it just me or I should post a bug report?
Edit:
It works fine on Win 32 bit build posted by Vegas in post 36. Thanks for the build, Vegas.

Xone > Thank you, I also experience something very strange with the physics, and it doesn't happen when I'm running from xcode. Does it happen also in windows ?

I uploaded a fix, can you try again ?
Does it happen also in windows ?
No. It doesn't happen on windows 32 bit I downloaded from Vegas's link. The windows build looks fine so far.
I found a bug in Bullet : https://github.com/bulletphysics/bullet … t-50972842

Sweet! The physics is working correctly now on OSX.
Thanks a lot, Anael. That was fast.

I updated the Linux build, ill try to keep it current.
Ok so there was some additional setup to do with bullet, now it should really be ok on SVN.
I'm waiting for additional feedbacks before launching a new compilation wave.
Who tested what everybody ? Please give us more feedback to be sure everything is ok !
Thank you all !
Perhaps a test file is needed. My test shows, that a cube with pivot point that is not in the center of the char could make the object go into some direction.
YoFrankie is a good test file to start with : http://www.maratis3d.org/download/YoFrankie.zip
Ive made a test video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8Vl-sEy e=youtu.be
So far, everything seems fine with the r234 win32 version i uploaded
(tested briefly most of my projects with it, no problems)
But still cannot open Akira_san version (thanks for the compiling tutorial by the way!)
I see there are some changes on the SVN, I don't know if i'm supposed to compile again ?
In case yes, here it is (win32 version) : Maratis r240
