This is my third game. Just a small open-world RPG where you play as a tiny goblin fending for himself. Currently you can eat, fight and practice mysticism:

* Game controls.

W - Forward
S - Backward

Use mouse to turn.

SPACE - Jump

Middle mouse button - Wield/Sheath
Left mouse button - Attack
Right mouse button - Block

I use the latest version. Sure, I have a bunch of apples which is falling at different times like:

t == 100
applebunch1 falls
t == 200
applebunch2 falls

and so on.

When I deactivate my apples (which I want to have physical propertys, otherwise they wont fall when they activate again) then if they have physics enabled then the engine crash.

Hey, if you need to concatenate two strings and compare them how do you do that?

item = "gun"
inventory = {}


answer = io.read()

if answer == "take" + item then
inventory[1] = item
end

Hey, something wierd happens when I deactivate objects with physical propertys. That happens when I'm in-game, any idea on why so?

Hey, I sat my object rat to "look at" player. Only thing is that it rotates in the editor by 0.01 on the z x and y axis per second. Really strange. Why so?

Also I'm curious, If I wanted to test how much it takes to play my game, like hard-ware wise or what cpu-load it makes where can I do that? Is there a certain program?

Controls are in the same folder as the game, where it reads that space (when out of pilot mode) ascend you up and left control takes you down. smile

It seems like this is there issues:

Seems to be having trouble with Meshloader.cpp, all I get is a black screen with some HUD.

And the other one sent me the maratis log.

Bump! Is there any way to solve this in a better way? I was thinking that maybe the blendfiles are working not correct?

Okey, then it should be no problem. I think what people reacting to is just that they begin in space - which is dark. They begin near the spaceship door but it seems like I haven't been clear enough. I'm gonna repost it now.

I have made it so it doesn't open the mesh files now in notepad and all is .mesh. So that's corrected.

Why do I get that wierd maratis log when it is published and you play the game? Some can see everything in game and some can't see nothing.

And something else that's wierd is that blender doesn't export .mtl files of some of my objects which does only contain material as color and no texture. But it shows anyhow so should that be a problem?

How do I make so that when I open a .mesh file that I dont open it with any specific program?
